Overview

Barrettine Boiled Linseed Oil is a natural linseed oil that has been extracted from flax seed and blended with driers to help to lower drying times. It penetrates unsealed wood to leave a natural, water-resistant finish. The delicately enhanced colour darkens slightly with age. This oil is ideal for oiling interior bare wood and wood care applications. Please note that this product is not suitable for oak.

Barrettine Boiled Linseed Oil can be used as a traditional sealing treatment for terracotta tiles and other porous substrates. Can be mixed with burnt sand to form a caulking to fill gaps between timber and masonry.
